About the number of properties

Our standard Property Scout Search includes a curated shortlist of up to 10 properties.

If your target area has many suitable listings, we may include a few extra options where helpful.

If your search criteria are very narrow, your budget is difficult for the target area, or there are limited suitable listings available during the search period, we may provide fewer than 10 properties.

Our goal is not to send random listings just to reach a number. Our goal is to send properties that appear relevant, realistic, and worth considering based on the information available.

If your criteria are very narrow or suitable listings are limited, we may provide fewer than 10.
